Hire Agreement

Please fill out our hire agreement and email it to us at info@healingmats.com.au, or bring a printed version when physically picking up your mat or VIBE.

1. Equipment Details 

The provider agrees to hire out the following equipment to the customer: 

• PEMF Mat: Model Number MAT-07-01 

• Black Carry Bag 

• Controller 

• Condition: Lightly Used 

2. Hire Period

Option to Extend Hire: 
The customer may request to extend the hire period by providing written notice at least 2 business days before the end date. Extensions will be charged at $80 per additional week and are subject to equipment availability.

Early Termination: 
The customer may terminate the agreement early by providing 2 business days' notice. A prorated refund for unused weeks will be provided, minus a $30 administrative fee. 

3. Payment Terms 

• Hire Fee: $80 per week 

• Security Deposit: $100 (refundable upon safe return of equipment)

All payments must be made in full prior to the start of the hire period. 

4. Care and Usage Instructions 

The customer agrees to: 

• Use the PEMF mat and accessories as instructed. 

• Keep the equipment clean and in good working order. 

• Notify Healing Mats Hobart immediately if the equipment is damaged, lost, or malfunctioning. 

5. Liability and Damage 

• The customer is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the hire period. 

• Costs for repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or billed directly to the customer. 

• The security deposit will only be refunded once the equipment is returned in its original condition. 

6. Return Process 

The equipment must be returned to Healing Mats Hobart at 88 Bathurst Street, Hobart, on or before the agreed end date during business hours. 

Late returns will incur a fee of $20 per day, deducted from the security deposit.
